This course is conducted in accordance to international standards of tourism studies. The aim of this course is to prepare undergraduate students in several academies that are directly connected with business management studies.

Part One (Week 1 to 3)

Intensive English Course – Total 78 hours

Part Two (Week 4 to 10)

English for Tourism Course – Total 75 hours
Tourism & Travel Management Studies – Total 90 hours
Work Practice – 28 hours

Part Three (Week 12 to 14)

Work Practice -128 hours

Tourism & Travel Management Course details:

1. Tourism and Excursions (18 hours)
Basics of tourism business, forms of transportation, travel Agents, forms of travel agents, insurance of tourists, documentation.

2. Economy and finance in tourism (18 hours)
Economic aspects in travel business, organization of travel agents, forms of organizations, accountancy, financing, forms of payments.

3. Marketing in Tourism (18 hours)
Marketing in tourism, advertisement of travel service, organization of advertisement activity, forms and kinds of advertisement, differentiation of advertising.

4. Computer systems of booking (18 hours)
Computer reservation systems, reservation of air tickets, hotel reservation, information systems in tourism.

5. Public relations, clients (9 hours)
Communication basics, clients, communication with clients, resolution of disputes, conflicts, complains between travel agency and clients.

6. Ethics of travel and tourism business, resolution of problems (9 hours)
Problems which may arise in travel agency managing, business correspondence, documentation in travel
