1. Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in the taught language.
    In case of non-native speakers, we expect the equivalent of a C2 level of proficiency, as we regularly teach professionals at an advanced stage of their language studies.
  • Teaching experience and relevant qualifications (such as TEFL/TESOL certification, language teaching degrees, or equivalent).
  • If the applicant is a teacher of English, ELT permit (or requirements to obtain it).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for language teaching and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their language goals.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment.

2. Documents

You will be required to submit the following:

  1. Resume/CV.
  2. Questionnaire about teaching style and personal attitudes.

One of the following (optional):

  1. Cover Letter: Introduce yourself and highlight your teaching philosophy, experience, and why you are interested in joining our language school.
  2. References: Provide contact information for at least two professional references who can attest to your teaching abilities.
  3. Video Introduction.

Profile B: teachers in training

At our Language Center, we believe in nurturing aspiring educators and providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become successful language teachers. If you are passionate about languages and eager to embark on a teaching career, our Teachers in Training program is designed for you. We welcome applicants with no prior teaching experience and offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop into confident language educators.

1. Requirements

  1. Proficiency in the Target Language: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the target language you intend to teach. Native or near-native fluency is preferred, accompanied by a solid understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
  2. Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as languages, linguistics, or education. While not mandatory, a degree in language teaching or TESOL/TEFL certification is advantageous.

Desired:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the target language and English. The ability to explain concepts clearly and engage learners effectively is essential.
  2. Passion for Teaching: Display genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ language learning journeys. A strong dedication to helping others succeed is fundamental to thrive in our Teachers in Training program.
  3. Adaptability and Flexibility: Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced learning environment, as well as a willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Openness to feedback and a growth mindset are key attributes we seek.

2. Documents Required

  1. Resume/CV: Provide a detailed overview of your educational background, including any language-related coursework or relevant extracurricular activities. Highlight your language proficiency and any related experiences, such as study abroad programs or language immersion.
  2. Cover Letter: Introduce yourself and express your motivation for becoming a language teacher. Share your passion for languages, explain why you are interested in our Teachers in Training program, and outline your future goals as an educator.
  3. Academic Transcripts: Submit official or unofficial transcripts documenting your completed degree(s) and relevant coursework. This helps us assess your academic background and language-related qualifications.
  4. Language Proficiency Certification (if available): Include any certifications or exams that validate your proficiency in the target language. This can be an official language proficiency test certificate or any other recognized language proficiency assessment.
  5. Letters of Recommendation (optional): Although not mandatory for applicants with no teaching experience, you may include letters of recommendation from professors, mentors, or employers who can attest to your academic abilities, work ethic, or dedication to language learning.
  6. Sample Lesson Plan: Prepare a sample lesson plan showcasing your teaching style and creativity. This can be for any level or topic relevant to your language expertise.
